Columbia University Student Will Drag Her Mattress Around Campus Until Her Rapist Is Gone

“I think the act of carrying something that is normally found in our bedroom out into the light is supposed to mirror the way I’ve talked to the media and talked to different news channels, etc,” Emma continues in the full video which you can watch here.

So, I just want to go into HOW MUCH Columbia and the NYPD has failed, and revictimized, Emma Sulkowitz.

What I really love about this ‘mattress performance’ is that other students helped her carry her mattress across campus.

All those people reminded her that she didn’t have to carry that weight alone. That’s amazing.

It later turned out that the evidence showed that showed that she wasnt raped

And shes doing this for school credits

She ruined a dude’s life all for a bullshit degree.

On April 23, 2015, Nungesser filed a sexual discrimination lawsuit against Columbia, its board of trustees, its president Lee Bollinger, and Sulkowicz’s supervising art professor Jon Kessler.

Nungesser had provided evidence that the encounter was consensual with lack of signs of physical or emotional trauma and text based messages where Sulkowicz responded to Nungesser positively after the encounter. Well after some time he won.

Even the sources given say this, but the encounter she claims was rape happened on a day the guy wasn’t on campus or in the state, and the evidence of consensual previous encounters was to show that she had not only been perusing him but wouldn’t take his answer of “no, I don’t want a relationship at this time”. And that was after he was found innocent of raping her and two other girls who filed claims against him for assaults all at times he wasn’t on campus. The lawsuit was regarding the aftermath of her
national defamation art piece that ended up ruining his life and making him unable to finish his schooling at the university, on top of her being allowed to break the school regulations on talking about the case before and after the decision on the claims she and others made because she was not disciplined for it. AND SHE GRADUATED with a handshake and apology from the president of the university who said he wished he could have done more for her! So yeah, of course he won the lawsuit, he still has people calling him a rapist regardless of the mountain of evidence that he never raped anyone. – Purple
